This is such an easy and delicious recipe. You can throw everything in the crock pot in the morning and supper is ready and waiting for you when you get home. Hope you enjoy!
2-2 1/2 lbs. round steak
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
Cut steak into five serving pieces or bite-sized pieces. Set aside. In crock pot, combine dry soup, water, and canned soup. Mix until blended. Add meat and toss until all pieces are covered with soup mixture. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
Yield: 5 servings
