Cheesy Biscuit Lasagna

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c water
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown ground beef and mix remaining ingredients listed above. Simmer 20 minutes. In the meantime, mix:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. minced onion

Separate 1 can of 10 biscuits and press into 4" circles. Place 2 Tbsp. cheese mixture on each. Fold and seal with fork. Pour hamburger mixture into 13x9 pan. Top with filled biscuits. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
